Come see this LEED certified home designed and accented with holiday
decor by ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) members.
ASID designers have designed different rooms utilizing green furnishings and finishes. To top it off, each
designer has decorated their space for the holidays.
Nearly all of the furniture in the Great Room is made in America.
The sofa is made of recycled metal springs, sustainable hard woods and soy based cushions.
Low VOC paint was used through out as well as for the murals.
One designer incorporated a wall treatment that contains minerals, silk, and cotton threads.
The guest room contains an organic mattress, bedding, and window treatments. Elements of nature like feathers and antlers are also used throughout as well as rugs made from recycled panty hose, fabrics from recycled soda and water bottles, tile from recycled glass is also prevalent.
A stunning feature is the gorgeous walnut trim from the builder's family farm.
The master suites freestanding bathtub fills from the ceiling!
A curved walnut staircase takes visitors to the lower level where there are two full baths and a guest suite with its own sitting room surrounded on three sides with windows.
The Theater Room is off of the perfect entertaining family room with a stained concrete floor, spacious wet bar, cooling drawers, dishwasher and microwave.

The ASID Holiday Showhouse and Boutique is located high on the bluffs of the Meramec River in Southwest St. Louis County. This is the incredible view from the first-floor deck overlooking a lake in the foreground and the Meramec River in the background.
